Questions, answered
- Do I need to be home for delivery?
- Porch Drop customers never need to be home. White Glove customers pick an arrival window so we can fill the softener inside — if no one answers, we'll leave the bags on your porch and let you know.
- Can I change how many bags I get?
- Yes — adjust your bag count, skip a month, or pause your service any time from your account, up to 48 hours before your delivery day. Each plan has a minimum per delivery, so you can go up freely and down to that floor.
- What if I run out between visits?
- Request a top-up delivery from your account any time — you pay for the bags plus a rush fee. On Platinum, the rush fee is waived: off-cycle top-ups are free, so you only ever pay for the salt.
- How do you charge me?
- One charge per delivery cycle: your plan's base visit fee plus your bags. Pay by card or bank account through Stripe — we never see or store your payment details.
