We bring the salt inside, fill your water softener, and stack any extra bags neatly beside it. You pick a time window and we handle the heavy lifting — literally.

Questions, answered
- Do I need to be home for delivery?
- Porch Drop customers never need to be home. White Glove customers pick an arrival window so we can fill the softener inside — if no one answers, we'll leave the bags on your porch and let you know.
- Can I change how many bags I get?
- Yes — adjust your bag count, skip a month, or pause your service any time from your account, up to 48 hours before your delivery day.
- What if I run out mid-month?
- You can request an extra delivery from your account for a small delivery fee plus the cost of the bags.
- How do you charge me?
- One simple monthly charge: your plan's base fee plus your bags. Pay by card or bank account through Stripe — we never see or store your payment details.
