Privacy policy

What we collect. Your name, email, phone, delivery address, delivery instructions, and photos taken at delivery. We never see or store your full payment details — payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it. To schedule and complete deliveries, bill your subscription, and send you service emails (confirmations, reminders, en-route and delivered notifications).

Who we share it with. Stripe (payments), Supabase (data hosting), MXroute (email delivery), and our delivery people — who see only what they need to complete your delivery. We don't sell your information.

Delivery photos. Proof-of-delivery photos are stored so you and we have a record of each delivery.

Site analytics. We count visits ourselves rather than using a third-party tracker, so this data goes nowhere else. Two cookies do it: a random visitor id, and the code from any QR code or link you arrived through, kept for 90 days so we can tell which neighborhood flyer someone found us with. We record the page, the referring site and your browser type. We do not store your IP address, and the visitor id is not tied to you unless you create an account.

Your choices. You can update your information in your account, or email us to delete your account and data. Clearing your cookies resets the visitor id.
