Terms of service

The service. Refill My Salt delivers water softener salt on a monthly subscription. Your plan includes one delivery per month; extra deliveries can be requested for an additional fee.

Billing.You're charged monthly: your plan's base fee plus the per-bag price for your chosen quantity, plus applicable tax. Prices may change; changes take effect at your next billing cycle and we'll email you first.

Pausing and canceling. You can pause or cancel any time from your account. Pausing stops billing and deliveries until you resume. Canceling ends service at the close of your current billing period; deliveries already paid for will still arrive.

White Glove access.By scheduling an arrival window, you authorize our delivery person to enter your home and service your water softener. If no one is home during your window, we'll leave your bags on the porch and let you know.

Delivery photos. We photograph completed deliveries (and our delivery people) and share those photos with you for confirmation and security.

Refunds & issues.If a delivery is wrong or missing, reply to any of our emails and we'll make it right.
